This scheme effectively replaces the previous TMC government’s “Yuva Sathi” scheme by doubling the monthly unemployment allowance from ₹1,500 to ₹3,000.

To receive the ₹3,000 monthly allowance under Suvendu Adhikari’s scheme, applicants must meet the following criteria strictly:

Documents Required for Online Application

You should keep the following documents scanned and ready before the portal opens to avoid last-minute issues:

1. Aadhaar Card (for identity verification)

2. Voter ID Card (for address/domicile proof)

3. Madhyamik Admit Card / Marksheet (for age and educational qualification proof)

4. Bank Account Passbook (first page showing account number, name, and IFSC code for DBT)

5. Recent Passport Size Colour Photograph

6. (If applicable) Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC)

Pro Tip: Ensure your bank account is Aadhaar-seeded and active. The ₹3,000 will be sent directly via DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer).

How to Apply Online for Yuva Sokti Prakalpa

The application process has not yet started. However, the government is preparing a completely new and dedicated online portal for this scheme. Offline form submission is unlikely.

Step-by-Step Guide (Once the portal is active):

Step 1: Visit the Official Portal

• The new portal address will be announced by the government through official channels. (Do not fall for fake links on social media or WhatsApp).

Step 2: Register on the Portal

• Click on “New Registration”.

• Enter your mobile number and verify using OTP.

• Create a password.

Step 3: Fill the Online Application Form

• Enter personal details (Name, DOB, Address) exactly as per Madhyamik certificate.

• Enter educational details (Madhyamik roll number, year of passing).

• Enter bank account details carefully.

Step 4: Upload Documents

• Upload scanned copies of all documents listed above (PDF/JPEG format).

Step 5: Submit & Save

• Review all entries.

• Click “Submit”.

• Note down the Application ID / Reference Number generated on screen.

Note: Currently, no official form is available for download. The application will be entirely online through the new portal once it is launched.

How to Check Application Status

Once you have applied, you can track your application status online. The process will likely be:

1. Return to the official Yuva Sokti portal.

2. Click on “Check Status” or “Applicant Login”.

3. Enter your Application ID and Registered Mobile Number.

4. Click Submit.

Possible status updates:

• Approved – You will receive ₹3,000 monthly via DBT.

• Pending – Application under review by officials.

• Rejected – Reason will be displayed (e.g., document mismatch, ineligible age). You can reapply after correction.

• Dispute – Data mismatch (e.g., name in Aadhaar vs. Madhyamik). Visit your local BDO office for correction.

Since the scheme is yet to go live, here is your action plan:

1. Do NOT Apply for the Old “Yuva Sathi” Scheme

The old scheme is effectively closed. Do not waste time on the old portal for new applications.

2. Prepare Your Digital Documents

Scan all required documents (Aadhaar, Voter ID, Madhyamik Marksheet, Bank Passbook, Photo) and keep them in a folder on your mobile phone or computer.

3. Verify Your Bank Account

Ensure your bank account is:

• Active (not dormant)

• Linked to your Aadhaar number

• Has the correct name as per your Aadhaar card
